The service provided by DUAL TIME Srl is governed by these General Conditions of Use of the Service ("CGUS"). By using the site www.dualtime.eu , the user declares to know and accept the CGUS in full.

In accordance with Legislative Decree 185/99, the user can withdraw from the contract within 14 working days .
- The communication must be sent by email to info@dualtime.eu or by registered mail.
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, at the customer's expense.
- The refund will be made within 30 working days of receipt of the goods.
15. Water Resistance of Watches
Watches sold by DUAL TIME Srl include water resistance specifications indicated in the technical detail. Use not in accordance with the indications may invalidate the warranty.
16. Miscellaneous
The TOS constitute the sole agreement between the user and DUAL TIME Srl. Any changes to these conditions will be communicated on the site.
